What to have ready
Have your business name, USDOT number, covered-driver count, and a description of the issue ready. Keep control of your own Login.gov account; do not send passwords or verification codes through our contact form.
Important account requirements
Owner-operators must designate a C/TPA. Covered employers must query employed CDL drivers, including themselves when applicable, at least annually. Employers purchase their own FMCSA query plans; provider administration fees are separate. Read the official owner-operator guidance.
Does consortium enrollment complete Clearinghouse registration?
They are separate requirements. A DOT consortium supports the random testing program; Clearinghouse registration, designations, queries, and reporting require their own steps.
